Our Founders
AK Srivastava is a technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in AI, enterprise software, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity. His AI background is extensive: his master's research was in artificial neural networks, and he has deployed several large-scale AI applications in machine learning and cognitive computing. He is also Chief Information Officer of the American College of Emergency Physicians, where he leads strategy and operations for one of the world’s largest emergency medicine data registries. Earlier, he led product and technology organizations at AccuV, Nexius, and comScore, and held software roles at Nortel Networks, Wind River Systems, and Accenture (Anderson Technology).

Varad Ganjoo is the chief technologist at Neural Hiive, an AI engineer who brings business ideas to life with his technical skills. He leads platform engineering and R&D, continually evaluating new and emerging technologies, and oversees customer deployments, the software lifecycle, and the security and privacy of the platform. His work spans AI-driven personalization, workflow automation, and integrations with enterprise and healthcare systems. Earlier in his career he built mission-critical defense software at Saab Australia, where reliability was not optional.
