Neural Hiive LLC ("Neural Hiive," "we," "us," or "our") operates the GENii Pulse™ AI Productivity & Automation Platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").   • Publicly available sources: We may supplement your contact record with business information from public databases to personalise your experience.

3.1 To Provide and Improve Our Services

  • Operate, maintain, and enhance the GENii Pulse™ platform and its Intelligent Assistants and Workflows.

Sharing & Disclosure

Neural Hiive does not sell your personal data . We share data only in the limited circumstances described below:

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors to help us deliver the Services — such as cloud hosting (AWS, Azure), analytics providers, and email platforms. These providers access data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by contractual data-protection obligations.

4.2 Integrated Third-Party Services

When you connect external tools to GENii Pulse™ (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce), data flows between Neural Hiive and those platforms according to your configuration and those platforms' own privacy policies. You control which integrations you activate.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process (e.g., a court order or subpoena), or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of persons.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Data Retention

  • Platform content (documents, recordings, etc.) is retained according to your organization's configured retention settings. Enterprise customers may request deletion at any time.
  • Usage and log data is typically retained for the duration of your subscription for security and performance purposes.
  • Marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion.
  • Legal hold: Certain data may be retained longer when required by applicable law or in connection with active litigation.

Security

Protecting your data is fundamental to our business. We implement industry-standard and enterprise-grade security measures, including:
